We ship from Latvia, we use Latvian post or DPD. Every order is with tracking option.

Latvia - DPD 2.90 eur. Free shipping on orders above 70 eur.

Lithuania, Estonia - DPD 4.10. Free shipping on orders above 70 euros.

Other place delivery rates may vary, these are only estimated prices.

Europe - 4.90-8.00 euro with Latvian post or DPD (3-10 workdays) . Free shipping on orders above 70 euros.

Canada, United States - Taxes and customs not included. 17 euros with Latvian post with tracking. Free shipping with Latvian post on orders above 120 euros.

Australia, New Zealand - Taxes and customs not included. 25 euros with Latvian post. Free shipping with Latvian post on orders above 120 euros.

United States - 15 eur with Latvian post with tracking (5-15 workdays), Free shipping with Latvian post on orders above 120 eur.

How to return items?

You can return your order for a refund as long as the items you purchased are full price and not on sale!

Before starting your return, please ensure that the items sent back must be brand new, unwashed, and hair-free. All items sent back must be brand new, unwashed, and hair-free. ALISDOG will not exchange or return any products that were damaged as a result of chewing or biting. We will gladly accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery.

When returning/exchanging items before, please, let us know that by email.

Mail all items to the following address: Taisna iela 3, Livberzes pagasts, Jelgavas novads, Latvia. LV-3003. Phone number - +37120538746 . For Latvia, Estonia, Lithuania returns you can retun item via DPD or Omniva parcel. Parcel adress- Jelgava, Rupniecibas ielas Lielais Elvi pakomats.

Once your return or exchange is received, inspected, and approved, please allow 2-5 business days for processing.
