Shipping and delivery

As every order is handmade in our shop, processing time takes 1-4 workdays. :)

Latvia - DPD 2.20 euro, Omniva 3.30 euro. Free shipping on orders above 50 euros.

Lithuania, Estonia - DPD 4.00 , Omniva 5.00. Free shipping on orders above 50 euros.

Other place delivery rates may vary, these are only estimated prices.

Europe - 4.95 euro with DPD (express delivery 3-5 workdays) . Free shipping on orders above 50 euros.

Canada, United States - Taxes and customs not included. 20 euros with Latvian post, or DHL (or other service provider with tracking) 27 euros. Free shipping with Latvian post on orders above 120 euros.

Australia, New Zealand - Taxes and customs not included. 25 euros with Latvian post. Free shipping with Latvian post on orders above 120 euros.

How to return items?

Save time and money: measure twice, purchase once. If for any reason you would like to return or exchange your product(s), we will happily accept your return. If in size doubt you can write us (Instagram , Facebook or Email- shop.alisdog@gmail.com).

Before starting your return, please ensure that the items sent back must be brand new, unwashed, and hair-free. All items sent back must be brand new, unwashed, and hair-free. ALISDOG will not exchange or return any products that were damaged as a result of chewing or biting. We will gladly accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery.

When returning/exchanging items before, please, let us know that by email.

Mail all items to the following address: Taisna iela 3, Livberzes pagasts, Jelgavas novads, Latvia. LV-3003. Phone number - +37120538746 . For Latvia, Estonia, Lithuania returns you can retun item via DPD or Omniva parcel. Parcel adress- Jelgava, Rupniecibas ielas Lielais Elvi pakomats.

Once your return or exchange is received, inspected, and approved, please allow 2-5 business days for processing.

We don't return shipping fees.
